**Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation and ensure all activities are planned and coordinated effectively
- Manage the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as necessary to meet project demands.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project planning and execution.
- Develop and implement risk management plans to address potential issues and ensure project success
- Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including project updates, progress reports, and performance metrics
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project planners and schedulers

**About you**
- Tertiary qualification in commerce, supply chain, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supply chain or similar industry-focused role, preferably with knowledge of the Australian defence industry.
- Experience with industrial uplift strategies and grants programs.
- Familiarity with maritime design, build, and sustainment processes.
- Strong writing, time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to build credibility and influence external stakeholders, including government entities.

**Eligibility**

This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
