A People & Culture Advisor role, based in Liverpool, for a manufacturing company paying up to $105k base

**Your new company**

You will be joining a National family-owned manufacturing company that is based in Liverpool.

**Your new role**

Working as a People & Culture Advisor you will be providing HR advice to internal stakeholders based in Victoria and Sydney, as well as:

- Looking after tier 1 and 2 of case management, including underperformance, staff conflicts, or dealing with policy breach
- Assisting the TA team on senior hires
- Travelling from time to time to Melbourne to support their Team
- EBA and Award interpretation
- Assisting in the HR Transformation project

**What you'll need to succeed**

Your local experience working in a similar role will lead you to success, as well as:

- National employment legislation knowledge
- Having exposure to dealing with case management
- Having dealt with EBAs will be advantageous
- A warm but firm personality would be suitable for this position
- Wiliness to travel to Victoria for a week on a quarterly basis
- Being a trustworthy, respectful and hard-working person would be a must to fit within the Team
