With continual investment in our Strategic Advisory business, we have an opportunity for a property professional with a background in property advisory, with a specialisation in any of the following disciplines - valuations, town planning, development management, GIS and Excel modelling or quantity surveying, who will be able to add to our strategic advisory capability.

Working closely with industry-leading professionals, this key role is actively involved in the full development life-cycle for real estate and infrastructure. In particular, you will:

- Advise on highest/best use of real estate/infrastructure.
- Understand local legislation and opportunities for clients.
- Provide the scope of works, methodologies and quotations for consultancy work.
- Attend client and industry meetings, gaining business and market knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with all internal product lines to ensure transfer of opportunities between departments.

**Qualifications**
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5- 7 years’ experience in a valuations/development management/town planning/property law role, demonstrating your knowledge of the early stages of the development cycle. Strong report writing skills, a deep understanding of the value drivers of real estate and a creative outlook on solutions is a must.
