**.About the role**
An open opportunity for a diligent Data Entry/Capturing Officer with a passion for driving sustainability, to join a busy ESG team currently undergoing multiple projects. The client is a multinational organisation with a strong reputation in the market. They are committed and invested in their approach to business sustainability (ESG) and want to create a long-term and vibrant future. This exciting opportunity is an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract with the view for extension and/or permanency.

**The Responsibilities**
- Analysis of data and involvement in the preparation of science based emissions reduction targets.
- Basic Concur Navigation and the ability to capture data from invoices on utility usage and upload relevant data.
- Assist on sustainability data analytics projects for the ESG.
- Perform ongoing data quality assessments, identifying discrepancies/inconsistencies, and resolving them.
- Supporting the collection and calculation of supply chain emissions using data inputs, internal systems and emissions data
- Manage the production of high quality and engaging data visualisations that effectively communicate ESG data sets to key internal stakeholders.
- Provide prompt, accurate and complete processing of all service requests in all necessary systems.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Passion for working on climate change solutions and advancing sustainability outcomes.
- Entry-level experience in analytics role and/or prior experience in managing, collecting and processing large volumes of data.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and collaboration skills with team members and other relevant stakeholders
- Problem solving experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multi-tasks/objectives
