**About Your New Role**

Join our team to support our customer with complex health needs. With permanent part-time positions available, you will be based in Balwyn and work closely with internal and external stakeholders in ensuring quality care is at the forefront of services provided.

You will assist with daily living and leisure activities like volunteering at local animal shelters and attending sporting events, while promoting independence during a variety of work-related tasks and coaching sessions.

**Responsibilities**
- Excels in multiple support environments, including In-Home, Company Settings, Day Services and Community Access.
- Extensive experience working with complex health support needs, meal assistance, medication administration and other communication devices and mechanical aids
- Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Is flexible and can work across various shifts, including mornings and afternoons.

**Requirements**:

- A current Driver's Licence - P2 Minimum.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- 1 year experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with complex health needs.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $34.97 - $36.05 per hour
