**The role**
The Residential Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and managing a Residential Aged Care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services. This role encompasses strategic planning, operational oversight, financial management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Residential Manager fosters a culture of continuous improvement, promotes the well-being of residents, and collaborates with various stakeholders.

**Summary of duties**
- **Operational Leadership**:Provide high-level leadership and management to the Facility in alignment with company values.
- **Quality Care**: Plan, coordinate, administer, evaluate, and report on the Facility to meet resident needs and quality care standards.
- **Strategic Initiatives**:Implement strategic initiatives for continuous improvement and quality outcomes.
- **Compliance and Safety**: Lead care governance and oversee Work Health, Safety, and Environmental outcomes for the facility.
- **Financial Management**: Manage financial operations, including budgets ranging from, ensuring effective resource allocation.

**Skills and experience**
- Bachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience leading care coordination within a large team
- Proficiency in handling conflicts, stress, and competing priorities
- Capacity to offer guidance, assistance, and mentorship to fellow team members
