We are seeking an Inventory Controller to be based at our Cromer site on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. They will be responsible for ensuring all documentation is processed through the planning logistics area is in accordance with the requirements of the EBSRAY quality system.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- To maintain stock control and inventory accuracy.
- To process documentation for production requirements.
- To carry out logistic functions as directed by the Plant Operations Manager
- To generate the material requirements planning reports as needed.
- To receipt finished manufactured products/jobs into the ERP system.
- To vary inventory replenishment/batching rules in the ERP system as necessary.
- To issue purchase orders on behalf of the company and materials requisitions.
- To issue requisitions for materials required for production/supply of products
**Special Knowledge/Skills**:
- Organizational skills; must be able to plan, schedule and priortise work among employees; prepare and evaluate department records and reports; attention to details is essential;
- Interpersonal skills: must be able communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
- Excellent computer skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and perform in a dynamic environment.
- Strong team player, and ability to be flexible and work within a collaborative team environment.
- Must have the desire and ability to work in a participative style in order to meet goals and objectives
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
