**About the role**:
Casual opportunity to join Box Hill Institute at our Lilydale Lakeside Campus Accommodation as our Housekeeper.

The position of Housekeeper is responsible for daily housekeeping operations at the accommodation facility. This includes, cleaning, servicing, and maintaining villas both prior and post guest visits. This position is responsible for working professionally with people across Box Hill Institute including students, staff, and members of the public.

Lilydale Lakeside Campus is a fully transformed state of the art facility, which also includes vocational and higher education programs, an Integrated Childcare Centre, a leading edge Tech School, a Biosecurity Centre of Excellence, a Community Living Library and a range of facilities catering to the community needs.

**About You**:

- Previous housekeeping experience is required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Safe use of Chemicals knowledge (advantageous)
- Demonstrated experience working in an accommodation environment attending to day to day operations
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team to achieve shared goals and flexibility during peak periods
- Strong organisational skills
