**The Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced **Assistant Outlets Manager** to support Oasis Pool Bar, Pearls Bar and our other F&B outlets as required.

Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Be hands-on in leading the shift to ensure the smooth and effective operation
- Lead a strong service culture to ensure that guest expectations are consistently met, and exceeded
- Respond to any challenges or conflicts as they arise, consulting with the F&B Manager as required
- Influence and support a positive and collaborative work environment, where everyone strives to give their best and be their best every day

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience at a Supervisory level across multiple Food & Beverage outlets
- A passion for hospitality and continuing to grow and develop your hospitality career
- A proactive approach to engaging guests with 5-star service
- Professional communication and genuine interpersonal skills
- Effective time management with the ability to juggle multiple and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A solutions focused approached to conflict resolution
- Previous barista and cocktail making skills is essential
- A team player and hands-on leader with the ability to motive, engage and coach a small team
- Previous experience with MICROS would be advantageous
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekend and holiday periods
- Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
