**About the role**
**What experience do you need?**
- Experience with unsecured personal lending products with 2+ years’ experience within a bank or other leading retail financial institution.
- High competence with Equifax Comprehensive Credit Reporting
- Extensive experience verifying and analyzing payslips, bank statements, tax documents, and all other financial documents
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills of credit risk, coupled with sound judgment
- Excellent verbal communication skills - a strong ability to precisely explain credit decisions to external and internal stakeholders.
- A great personality coupled with boundless enthusiasm for great customer service
- Proven ability to work autonomously in a very fast-paced environment
- Relevant tertiary and/or industry qualifications
