Understanding the capability needed and recruiting the right talent at the right time is core to the success of Proximity continuing to meet client needs and underpins our ambitious organisation. In this role, you will be working closely with the Practice Group & Sector Leads, to guide and determine the workforce needs and actioning for successful recruitment outcomes, whilst upholding the Proximity values and brand. Close access to the Leads will also provide opportunity to coach, identify development needs, and upskill where you can.

Thankfully, you are also part of a great team, one that will support you every day.
