We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trauma Consultant to join our dynamic team and deliver high-quality, patient-centred trauma care. In this pivotal role, you will provide expert clinical services while demonstrating strong leadership within a multidisciplinary team. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to the ongoing development of trauma services and support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.

As a Trauma Consultant, you will uphold the highest professional standards in alignment with hospital and departmental policies. You will play an active role in teaching and mentoring junior medical staff, interns, medical students, and, where appropriate, nursing and allied health professionals. Your involvement in clinical audits, risk management, research, and continuous medical education will ensure ongoing service improvement and innovation in trauma care.

**About You**

You are a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Medicine specialist, committed to providing top-tier care while leading and inspiring your team. With a dedication to continuous learning and quality improvement, you are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Fellow of the Australasian College of Emergency Medicine (FACEM) or equivalent
- Proven leadership, clinical practice, and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong experience in supervising and teaching medical staff, with a focus on trauma
- Up-to-date knowledge of emergency medicine, quality improvement, and patient rights
