**About Redpath Australia**
The Redpath Group is a leading international mining contractor with projects throughout Australia and across the globe.
We specialise in the shaft sinking, mine development, contract mining, raiseboring, underground construction, coal mining, engineering & technical services and specialty services to the underground industry.
**About the Rothsay Project**
The Rothsay Gold Mine is located approximately 80km east of Perenjori WA and approximately 400kms from Perth Airport or 1 hr flight from Perth. The scope of this project includes mine development (2 boom capital and single boom narrow vein) and mine production (narrow vein longhole stoping). Redpath has a modern underground fleet making it an exciting opportunity for operators and tradespeople alike.
**The role involves**
- Working a 2 week on, 2 week off roster, 12hr shifts
- Carrying out scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs to the fleet of light vehicles on the project;
- Maintain light vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and site requirements;
- Ensure all maintenance records and work orders are updated accurately;
- Ensure the workshop is kept clean, tidy and in order.
**We are looking for**
- A Light Vehicle mechanical trade
- Experience working with Underground light vehicles, preferably Toyota
- Wet Braking maintenance and fitting experience
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Auto electrical knowledge is desired
- Valid manual drivers licence
- National Police clearance within last 6 months advantageous
- A positive work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto, **Consider it done — safely**.
