Little gossip cafe is a vibrant and welcoming cafe in the heart of everton hills, known for its exceptional coffee and friendly atmosphere. We are passionate about serving high-quality products and creating a positive community hub for our customers. We are currently looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our dedicated team.

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve exceptional espresso-based coffees, including mastering milk texturing and latte art.
- Dial in coffee grinders and maintain coffee machine settings to ensure consistent quality.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments using our POS system.
- Share knowledge and make recommendations about our coffee blends, single origins, and food menu.
- Prepare other beverages, such as teas, juices, and smoothies.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including the coffee machine, grinders, and service area.
- Assist with daily opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, cups, and other supplies.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour
