**What You’ll Do**:

- Drive sales and financial performance, supporting the Store Manager to deliver budgets and KPIs.
- Lead daily operations to ensure excellence across merchandising, inventory, and omni-channel services.
- Create an exceptional customer experience, using loyalty and club programs to build lasting relationships.
- Build and develop a high-performing team through training, coaching, and succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health & safety, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders - from suppliers to community partners - to make the store a true hub of the local sporting community.
