Star Party Hire, a premier party rental company based in Riverstone, is in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate logistics for events and rentals, including equipment scheduling, delivery arrangements, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including client information, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and processing payments using our rental software.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, documents, and reports as needed.
- Help maintain inventory levels and coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Keep the office environment clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with rental or inventory management software is advantageous.
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn.
