Our People and Culture Team is all about maintaining and building Culture, Engagement and Performance. We do this by creating a great Employee Experience throughout all elements of the employee life cycle. Our Shared Services team provide support for all people activities across the employee lifecycle, including management of accurate and up to date people data and provision of high quality, professional, responsive, and cohesive P&C advice.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the People & Culture Service Delivery Manager, the People & Culture Consultant will be responsible developing and executing strategies that optimise and continuously improve efficiencies across People and Culture activities, by building strong administrative solutions that streamline processes, save time, and ultimately improve system functionality and self-service capability.

Key responsibilities:

- Identifying and implementing continuous improvement of P&C processes, content, and systems to optimise useability, accuracy and efficiency Contributing to P&C related projects
- Develop key stakeholder relationships, working in partnership to ensure the business needs are met

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Relevant qualification in HR or related discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience working within a HR function
- Demonstrated HR process improvement, HR system knowledge and providing HR advice
- Intermediate Office suite skills
- Excellent administration, time management and organisational skills
- Excellent understanding of positive customer service principles
- Experience using SuccessFactors HRIS will be advantageous
