**About the role**

We are looking either **Associate, Fund Services** assists the Senior Accountant to encompass all facets of the calculation of net asset values on a variety of funds.

**_ Key responsibilities (including but not limited to)_**
- Gain a good understanding of the client business and keep senior staff updated on any potential issues identified during the processing of the information provided by the client
- Accounting & analysis:

- Maintain and control the general ledger and various sub-ledgers
- Prepare financial statements, footnotes and partner capital statements
- Prepare investor allocations
- Prepare trial balances and work paper product
- Process standard and complex bookkeeping entries
- Involved within a full scope of transaction activities including full cycle accounting
- Prepare financial data analysis
- Coordination and preparation of monthly Instalment Activity Statements (“IAS”) and monthly or quarterly Business Activity Statements (“BAS”) for Senior review before sending these to the client for approval
- Review funds’ partnership agreements, trust deeds and PPM’s and other documents
- Participate in the implementation of fund structures into the accounting system
- Act as a liaison with various internal /external parties - i.e. auditors, legal counsel
- Assist in client audit procedures
- Process wire transfer payments on behalf of clients
- Liaise with property management companies

**About You**

If you also have the following attributes, then we would love to hear from you:

- Degree holder with recognized accounting qualification or business related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in professional firms or multinationals
- FRESH GRADUATE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Pursuing Professional qualifications in CA or CPA
- Experience in accounting/tax/banking procedures
- Sound knowledge of local accounting practices
- Good command of both spoken and written English
