We are continuing to build our high-performing team based in Rosebery, Sydney, that has collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do. We want you to join us on the journey, as we take Ksubi to the next level globally.

As the Production and Product Development Assistant at Ksubi, you will work closely with Buying, Design and Logistics and be responsible for raising purchase orders on time, approving shipment samples on time, assisting with product development and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely stock flow and critical path milestones are achieved.

**A Day in the Life...**
- Raise all purchase orders with 100% accuracy in line with critical path dates and maintain/update/delete purchase orders throughout the lifecycle of the product to ensure company reporting is accurate
- Own and manage all in-office samples, receipt, log and distribute all parcels and collate samples for meetings as required and file samples accurately in season
- Track, measure, check and review all shipment samples with design and liaise with logistics department on approvals
- Assist the Product Development Manager with sourcing packs and trims development
- Assist the Product Development Manager with preparing for Proto and SMS sign offs, this includes chasing in samples, swatches, trims and other relevant information
- Work with the Ksubi global sales team to ensure on time outbound of SMS to agents

**A bit about you**
- 1+ years’ experience in a similar role, Production or Product Development is ideal
- Knowledge of garment construction and têxtile development
- Prior experience and working knowledge of successful retailers or wholesalers
- Experience using excel and Apparel 21 (AP21) is a bonus
- Ability to multitask, juggle conflicting timelines and deliver on deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter - driven to make a mark
- Highly personable with the ability to quickly build rapport, influence and read people
