Currently our Quality Assurance department is seeking a Scientific Officer to join the Customer Complaints team

Key functions for this position include:

- Ensure all quality related complaints are entered in the Complaints system within set time frames
- Ensure that Customer Complaints are dealt with in a manner compliant with Global Policies and Health Authority requirements
- Ensure investigation and trending of Customer Complaints is completed in accordance with local and Global procedures
- Ensure activities comply with GMP, legal and ethical standards
- Plan, monitor and achieve goals within set time frames
- Provide, build and maintain consistent, reliable and accurate customer service

The minimum qualifications for this position are:

- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Science) or 5 years experience in a pharmaceutical environment
- Experience writing reports and presenting data
- High level of written and verbal communication required
- Understanding of and ability to comply with regulatory legislation
- Can understand technical documents and can communicate descriptions of problems and solutions
- Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities
