We are currently recruiting for a
**Warehouse Manager** on a full time, permanent basis.

This role will be based in Ipswich and will be the warehouse and distribution lead for this growing company.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
This is an essential role in the organisation to lead, manage and oversee warehouse management, distribution, and associated logistics for the company’s three brands. You will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the warehouse are running efficiently and effectively.

Current priorities in this role include:

- Oversee the warehouse and ensuring smooth operations of all aspects of the day-to-day running of the warehouse and administration of the warehouse.
- Establish, demonstrate, and communicate warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient running warehouse, and provide training as required.
- Manage a team of casuals, ensure workloads are prioritised and tasks completed according to level of urgency, and recruit additional team members as required.
- Be the key point of contact between the warehouse and Head Office.
- Provide analysis and reporting to measure warehouse functions such as distribution, ordering and delivery effectiveness and success.

**RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- A leader and team player who can take the organisation through the next phases of their business transformation to give the SBG brands an efficient and timely customer service journey through their warehouse and distribution channels
- Experience in warehouse management, coordinating and leading teams in a warehouse setting, developing warehouse best practice processes, and management of stock.
- A good communicator who can oversee and coordinate teams, demonstrate and relay best practice policies and processes, and deal with a range of people such as staff, managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- The ability to work autonomously, to manage multiple deadlines, and competing priorities, as well as the ability to muck in and help out - we are looking for someone who is happy to get involved around the warehouse, as required.
- Systems management and processing, experience using Cin7 and/or Shipstation advantageous.
- Keen organisational and communication skills.
- Capable of being attentive and timely with administrative tasks.
- Experience and an understanding of WH&S requirements (and/or willingness to undertake a course if required).
- Forklift licence with high reach experience, ideally.
- MR licence, advantageous but not essential.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to attain).

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**:

- This is a full time, permanent opportunity based at the company’s warehouse location in Ipswich.
- You will be required to meet with the General Manager, Production Manager, and other team members regularly and as required.
- Must have full work rights in Australia to be considered for this role.
