**Location: Veriu Green Square**:
The former site of a luxury European car manufacturer in the 70s, hotel design at Veriu Green Square pays homage to the history of the site through cool & quirky touchpoints
- 144 room hotel
- Onsite restaurant
- Gym & conference room
- 100m from Green Square station
- 2.5 year old micro-apartment hotel

**Your day to day**:
Reporting to the Assistant Hotel Manager & Cluster Hotel Manager, you’ll be part of a small team of genuine people, looking to create lasting memories and exceptional experiences for each and every guest.
- Provide a high level of guest services at all touchpoints (check-in, check-out, during stay)
- Provide resolutions to complaints and problems
- Identify new ways to leave guests with lasting memorable experiences
- Respond to emergency situations in a safe and professional matter
- Genuinely get to know our guests to identify & explore new sales opportunities
