About the business

Hanmade’s Bakehouse is a dessert shop in Eastern Creek Quarter. We are a business that is dedicated in creating a range of Filipino inspired gourmet desserts, baked goods and bespoke cakes.

We are seeking **1 Front of House **to join our team. This is a great opportunity to work as a part of a team in a fun and supportive environment.

**Responsibilities/ Requirements**:

- Operate POS System and provide excellent customer service
- Have the ability to multitask and work unsupervised in a team with efficiency, speed and consistency
- Have initiative ,good communication, time management and organisation skills
- Acknowledge customers in a friendly and energetic manner
- Be presentable at all times and maintain a well groomed image
- Be knowledgeable about desserts and the menu offerings
- Assemble a variety of desserts and packing orders
- Adhere to Food Safety Standards and Monitoring Stock/Inventory control
- Flexible hours on weekdays and weekends. Must be able to finish at 9pm latest.

General cleaning duties will be a part of the role.

**Position Summary**

As a Front of House member, you are responsible for operating the front of house and providing great customer service. We are looking for a passionate, hard working and reliable member who has initiative. You must have strong attention to detail, have the ability to multi-task and to adapt in a fast paced environment with pressure

You are responsible in assembling and making delicious, sundaes and beverages with the set presentations. You will be required to assist in the baking production and maintain the highest cleanliness and hygiene standard in the front and kitchen.
