Key

**Responsibilities**:
As a Floor & Front of House Staff, you will play a crucial role in fostering positive customer interactions by collaborating with and inspiring team members and utilising engagement and up-selling techniques. Working closely with our Head Chef, you will ensure smooth operations by providing information on daily specials. Your responsibility will extend to overseeing floor sections, maximising speed, and efficiency, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction. You will be required to work with the POS system, serving customers and making all of our dessert ranges.

**Requirements**:

- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFTS MONDAY-SUNDAY 10:30AM-4PM & 4PM-9PM
- Must be able to take initiative
- We value a great attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work in Australia full time
- Perfect English speaking
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle quick decision-making in a pressurised environment.
- Strong communication skills and a warm and inviting demeanour.
- Passion for P&R’s vision, objectives, services, and products.

Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- EASTERN CREEK, NSW 2766: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
