**Role Description/Criteria**

Aquinas College wishes to appoint a dynamic, suitably qualified Music teacher to the position of Instrumental Music Teacher - Clarinet.

This is a FTE 0.2 position, Fixed Term for the 2025 school year.

The successful applicant:

- Will have the ability to teach Woodwind - Clarinet
- Will be comfortable teaching Year 7 - 12 students including VCE students (Contemporary and Repertoire)
- Will have experience and capacity required to direct a Concert and/or Stage Band ensemble
- Will participate in school music events as required from time to time
- Will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
- Will have excellent communication skills
- Will have the ability to work successfully within a team
- Will have a current WWCC and Police Check

**VIT Registration would be an advantage.**
