Reporting to the Manager, Systems & Governance (Learning), you will flex easily between working on large learning projects to managing day to day queries. You will support Kmart learning priorities by providing end to end learning program management, creating SharePoint sites, analysing learning interventions and providing administration and reporting. Using your superb planning and relationship building skills, you will work closely with cross functional teams to help them achieve their learning goals and solve problems. You will have the opportunity to work in a high volume, fast paced, forward thinking team who enjoy a laugh and consistently deliver results. To be responsive to emerging business needs you can shift direction effectively when new opportunities are identified.

**What you’ll be doing**

As the Digital Learning Specialist working for Kmart you will:

- Manage online and offline learning programs ensuring relevant & up to date information is provided
- Develop and maintain digital learning initiatives, such as Sharepoint pages and websites
- Prepare regular utilisation reports within that provide insight into learning outcomes

**To be successful in this role you’ll have**:

- A forward thinking, innovative mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills in this area
- Knowledge of Sharepoint pages
- Qualification in Digital Design, or HR is preferred
