We have an exciting new challenge for an experienced Early Childhood Centre Manager in Durack.

**The Service**
This 70 place, purpose built service comes with big opportunities The team are in need of a strong and dedicated leader, who is keen to support and nurture both educators and children in their lifelong learning.

This service is in need of a leader who can bring contemporary educational practices to the forefront and is confident in creating an inspiring learning environment for young minds.

**Your Opportunity**
As the Centre Manager you will be in a prime position to promote a positive workplace culture, provide guidance and support to a dedicated team of educators who will benefit from a passionate and committed leader. You will have experience managing a large centre in the past, and will be able to utilise that experience to inspire your educators to provide exceptional care and education to children and families.

You will oversee team development, performance evaluations, rosters and other daily operations to maintain a successful business. You will be responsible for the enrolments process; however you will be closely supported by the management team, who will assist you in providing positive enrolment experiences for families. This allows you more time to focus on the other areas of the business such as team leadership and community engagement.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
- Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent knowledge of EYLF and NQF, with experience in the Assessment and Rating process
- Experience managing a large service (min 75 place)
