**Position Background**
- Generate callups and work orders from incoming requests.
- Schedule the manufacture & installation of our product in accordance with set capacities
- Liaise with builders in regard to installations and deliveries
- Allocate installations to contractors
- Maintain schedules, and provide updated manufacturing schedules to our factory
- Place orders through our Supply department
- Create and approve contractor interims for payment
- Provide completed paperwork to the accounts department for invoicing
- Work with warehouse personnel and other departments to ensure parts are staged for the days schedule.
- Ordering and receipting of all service and installation parts, products, material and hardware.
- Provide assistance and advice to builders on product maintenance.

**Required Experience and Aptitude**
- Experience in customer service and the ability to problem solve.
- Be proactive in their work practices - well organised, with a proven ability to plan.
- Have a desire for ongoing development across soft skills and technical knowledge.
- Self-motivated, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Have an excellent knowledge of geography of the South West for the purposes of scheduling the contractors and technicians jobs.
- Have excellent communication skills over the phone and in person.
- Building industry experience/knowledge desirable
