We are part of **Endeavour Foundation**, one of Australia’s largest employers of people living with disability where being inclusive and diverse is not just an aspiration, it is who we are Our purpose is to make possibilities a reality. **#teampossible** **About the Role** As our NDIS Support Coordination team continues to grow, now is an exciting time to join Community Solutions Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role will have responsibility for all components of Support Coordination including mentoring a small but growing team, ensuring a quality service is delivered to all NDIS participants allowing them full choice and control. Initially, you will also have a small caseload of participants to support, ensuring they are getting the most from their NDIS plans, reducing barriers and putting action plans in place along the way. **Other key duties will include**: - Building and sustaining a strong sense of team across your sites, driving individual performance by ensuring everyone is supported to provide the best possible service to participants - Providing a clear sense of direction through the development and implementation of Support Coordination services in your remit - Ensuring your team operates in an independent framework providing responsive and objective advice and support. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with participants, their families and external service providers - Working with billable hours and targets; nature of the NDIS industry **What you will bring to the role**: - An understanding of the NDIS and the ability to understand facets of the NDIS and NDIS Plans/Budgets - Previous leadership experience that involves direct staff support, bringing approachability and commitment to supporting a team - You are a true people person with the ability to motivate and build rapport with participants, their families and service providers - Demonstrated experience leading a high performing team to meet financial targets/KPI’s in accordance with organisational requirements - Strong administration experience, compliance capabilities and IT skills - particularly with Excel - Excellent time management and prioritisation skills with high-level organisation skills **Additional requirements**: - Right to Work in Australia i.e. Australian/NZ Citizen, Permanent Resident or visa with Permanent Work Rights - excludes visas with Temporary Work Rights - A current **Blue Card** and **NDIS Worker's Screening Check/Yellow Card, **or the willingness to gain these clearances if successful.
