- Casual position available. Hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and Saturday - Sunday 9am - 3pm

**About the role**

You’ll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As a member of the admin team, you are responsible for delivery of various support services and administration functions to both internal and external stakeholders

**About You**:

- You are a team player, and you enjoy interacting with elderly people
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and can interact with people from all walks of life
- You are competent in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- You have proven experience in an office administration/clerical position, aged care experience is highly desirable
- You possess exceptional customer service skills and are able to work with mínimal supervision
- You will be highly regarded if you have had exposure to aged care rostering and scheduling. UKG knowledge a huge advantage.
