**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers via inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and concerns across various areas such as Customer Service, Sales, and Credit.
- Provide guidance and advice to customers on reducing energy consumption and lowering costs.
- Manage customer accounts, including resolving billing inquiries and disputes.
- Negotiate payment plans and schedules to assist customers in managing their energy expenses.
- Build rapport and demonstrate empathy with customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Promote and sell energy products and services.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills, with an engaging and professional voice.
- Strong customer-centric approach, dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to engage in meaningful conversations with customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Proficient negotiation and sales skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks.
- Ownership mentality towards issue resolution and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with energy products and services is a plus.
