**About the Role**:
The Global Zetron HR Team is seeking a dynamic Regional HR Generalist to support our Brisbane Office. This is a newly created headcount within the HR team, as the company continues to grow globally. This is a widely varied and true generalist role that will enable you to utilise your HR experience. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of HR (located in the US).
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Support the overall operations of the Human Resources, including full cycle recruiting for Brisbane but also including employee relations, development, and a wide range of HR generalist duties as needed
- Provide training and inductions
- Responsible for; Work Health and Safety, performance management, administration and co-ordination of staff movements and changes, exit interviews, surveys, and various reports as required
- Manage the organization’s global Human Capital Management (HCM) platform, including communications, training, and monitoring
- Contribute to all aspects of HR policy and process improvements
- Participation and sponsorship of key strategic HR projects and initiatives
- Other adhoc assignments/projects as required
**Additional Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Other duties as assigned by the Company.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 5+ years’ operating as a Regional HR Generalist experience
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role
- Experience with HCM SuccessFactors a plus
- High level of administrative and logístical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible working approach to be able to manage competing priorities
