STRONG Pilates is a new and innovative concept (as per Video below). With its own Academy, becoming a Studio Manager at STRONG means obtaining a unique qualification - leading to an increased and highly regarded skillset

Our brand new STRONG Pilates Studios at **Sunnybank** and **Springfield Central** are looking for **a Studio Manager** to lead our teams in the coming weeks and months Our Studio Managers will be friendly, approachable, energetic and have a passion for Group Fitness.

As part of this role. our Studio Managers will play a vital role through their delivery of classes that align with Strong guidelines, inspire, and make a positive difference to individual lives and our community as a whole.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensuring OH&S Standards are always upheld
- Delivering classes in alignment to Strong standards
- Facilitating a supportive, nurturing and client focussed atmosphere
- Leading the team
- KPI's and Sales

**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Strong interest in Pilates and desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others
- Some experience instructing or coaching Group Fitness Classes
- Minimum two years of experience in a Client / Customer facing role
- Exceptional communication - written and verbal
- Experience in Sales
- Supervisory / Management experience
- Experience in a customer / client facing role

**Qualifications**:

- Certificate III in Fitness (minimum Certificate IV preferred)
- First Aid
- CPR
- Insurance
- Blue Card
- Willing to go through the Strong Academy

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
