At Your Precinct, we are searching for an experienced Membership Sales Consultant to join our friendly and capable Team.

Based in the heart of Sunnybank, we offer Chang3 functional training and 24/7 Gym, Strong Pilates, Strong Recovery, The Meeting Room, and a Cafe.

This position reports to our Business Development Manager and works across all business units within Your Precinct.

**Key tasks and responsibilities include**:

- collaborating with the each of our business units in order to facilitate business growth - for each business unit separately, and for Your Precinct as a whole
- identify and develop current and future business opportunities
- work with marketing agencies to facilitate the generation of leads
- identify and foster key relationships
- sales calls and walk-ins
- some reception work is required in this position in order to facilitate the managed hours of the Precinct

**Experience and skillset required**:

- High level of sales and marketing experience, preferably within the fitness and/or wellness industries (essential)
- At least two (2) years of experience in a similar position (essential)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering customer service excellence (essential)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- Proficiency in using computers and social media platforms (essential)
- An interest in a healthy lifestyle is important - be able to promote your values to our teams (essential)
- Experience within a client centric health and wellness orientated environment (highly desirable)

You must be self-motivated, focussed, ambitious, confident and approachable Your Precinct is a multi-faceted and growing business, so the ability to adapt to all change is essential.

This is a true sales position, and as such the hours of work will typically be 10am - 7pm, with weekend work also required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
