**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

Due to exciting business growth, we require motivated and reliable **Field Service Technician **to join our team based in **Gepps Cross SA **to support our Customer First Philosophy.

This role will see you provide professional inspection and testing services to our customers, both externally and internally whilst delivering technical advice within the scope of our expertise.

We have our own Learning and Development Team of Experts that focus on your development, build your career and ensure we deliver our customer promise.

**Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- On and off-site inspections and testing of lifting equipment
- Maintenance and service repairs on products
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide advice on our products
- 100% commitment to personal and business safety
- Liaise with customers, their employees and work on their worksites

You will be well supported with a team of technical and sales experts.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- A demonstrated technical service experience within a manufacturing background - preferred but not essential. If you have some mechanical aptitude, we can build a development program for you
- The ability to develop strong professional relationships
- The ability to work autonomously if required
- A willingness to work in a sometimes physically demanding role
- The ability to work at heights
- Flexibility for regular travel to customer sites
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Problem solving and time management skills
