We are now looking for an ICT Field Service Technician to join our team.

**_ So, what does the role look like?_**

This is not your everyday, run of the mill ICT Helpdesk role. Our ICT Field Services Technicians are constantly on the go, either onsite in the casino assisting with moving gaming machines, in the restaurants troubleshooting or upgrading our point of sale machines or working with our corporate staff set up large conferences and events. Our IT Head Office is based in New Zealand so our Adelaide based technicians get to experience a variety of hands on tasks every day, making this role truly unique.

You will be enthusiastic, proactive and approachable. You will display top notch customer service by always driving yourself to find an appropriate solution as quickly as possible and you will enjoy comradery between your teammates.

**_ Technical skills you need to have;_**
- Windows 10
- Active Directory
- File and Data Management
- Backups via Veeam
- MS Office, O365, Exchange
- Working knowledge of Cisco networking environment, Experience on Cisco CLI
- Experience working with SCCM deployment tools and Point of Sale technologies (Highly desirable)
- A relevant tertiary qualification (CCNA, MCSE or studying towards) along with at least 2 years' experience in a Windows Server Environment (Highly desirable)
- Knowledge of IP Cameras (Desirable)
- The ability to work a rotating roster spanning all days of the week
