**About this role**:
This company is a celebrated and highly awarded architecture and design practice. With offices in the CBD they are one of the best. They are renowned for their great design, and really look after their employees. We are looking for a temp EA/studio assistant who is available from next week and for the next 4-6 weeks. Hand-over and support throughout the length of the contract will be provided. Interviewing immediately. As the face of the office and all-round EA/Administrator you will be responsible for**:Key responsibilities**
- Calendar management for the Managing Principal
- Admin tasks (eg. editing pdf documents, data entry of expenses etc)
- General studio support (answering incoming calls, placing orders, setting up meeting rooms, event coordination etc)
- Generally pitching in with tasks as they come up

**Skills & experience**
- Experience in administration role within the creative sector, ideally architecture
- Experience in diary management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, InDesign is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Hard-working attitude with a professional manner and a committed nature
