**About the role**:
Beaumont Care are currently looking for Personal Care staff to join our dedicated team of carers on a permanent part time or casual basis. We are a unique, boutique residential aged care service located in North Tamborine, in the heart of Tamborine mountain, in the Gold Coast hinterland region.

We have 38 residents who call Beaumont Care home and a dedicated team who help each other provide quality care and support on a day to day basis. Our residents enjoy the best of mountain living with beautiful views of lush grassy areas and rainforests (who wouldn't enjoy that?) and regular trips and activities to keep active and engaged.

As a Personal Carer, you will enjoy the stability of permanent shifts each fortnight, but also have the ability to work additional shifts to cover leave if you are available. This key role works within a team under the guidance of the clinical staff to assist the residents with their activities of daily living.

We pride ourselves on our exceptional people's ability to provide warm hearted care to the residents assisting them to make informed decisions and maintain their independence. Our team supports residents with a range of care needs - from aging in place and respite services through to high care needs.

**About You**

You will need:

- Current acceptable Criminal History Check
- Full vaccination for COVID (including booster)
- Minimum Certificate III qualification in Aged Care, Individual Support or other relevant field
- Current Yellow Card (or willingness to apply)
- A focus on providing quality care and support to the elderly
- The ability to attend the site, located in North Tamborine, at the top of Tamborine mountain in the Gold Coast Hinterland
