**Duties of a Funeral Director’s Assistant include**:
Support our funeral services through the provision of vehicle and transport services ensuring vehicle presentation is at a high standard at all times.

Working collaboratively to bring the deceased into our care with dignity and respect.

Oversee proceedings on the day and ensure pre-arranged plans and ad-hoc requests on the day are appropriately implemented.

**Duties of a Funeral Arranger Conductor include**:
Plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of the funeral service for a family and inform them with the various options available to honour their loved one.

Work closely with the family from first contact to guide them through what is required and respond to their requests with service options and solutions.

Implement the funeral plan on the day, direct the team and provide support and guidance for the family.

**About you**:
Strong customer service skills and commitment to service delivery

Able to balance operational and commercial priorities with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people

Able to effectively work with grieving families and the deceased

A personal drive to make a difference

Possess a full unrestricted driver’s license
