**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Extensive experience and proven success in a similar ‘Head of’ Trend/Product role; ideally within Kids and Baby categories developing and leading product strategies that deliver commercial outcomes
- The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
- Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and proven collaborative style of Leadership.
- Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence cultural change through best practice and delivering results
- Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
- Demonstrated high level organisation, project management and planning skills
- Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to delivery brand strategy outcomes
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
