**About the Role**

Due to continued growth within our business, we have an exciting opportunity for experienced Site Supervisors to join our team. You will have a great opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects across fit-out, refurbishment and new build construction. It requires flawless managerial skills to oversee daily operations, promote a safety orientated workforce and maintenance of building sites and amenities.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- On site management of personnel, program, sub-contractor, logistics and safety
- Managing Sarah resources to complete elements of work outside of sub-contracted scopes of work
- Liaising with the client in regard to all site-based operations
- Active management and promote safety and environmental requirements of the business
- Providing the technical knowledge and support to ensure the project is completed to a satisfactory standard
- Effective communication with all parties involved to ensure efficient and accurate transfer of information

**About You**

You'll be more than just a supervisor - you'll be a role model, embodying Sarah's Safety principles and standards, and ensuring the team follows suit. Time management will be second nature to you, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly without compromising on quality.

You will be a motivated team player with the following key attributes:

- Minimum 3 years as a Construction Site Supervisor
- A positive and driven personality with a desire to exceed expectation
- Ability to be a role model and an ambassador for Sarah’s Safety standards
- Great time management skills whilst maintaining high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at all levels
