**About the Opportunity**

Due to steady growth across Berendsen Fluid Power, we are on the look out for a Hydraulic Fitter to join our high performing team near Perth Airport, WA 6105.

As a Hydraulic Fitter, you will be working across a range of industrial sectors, providing breakdown and diagnostics support on hydraulic systems and equipment used in fixed plant and mobile equipment.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Relevant trade qualification (Cert III minimum, higher would be desirable).
- Hydraulic Cylinder overhaul and diagnostic experience (desirable).
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics together with sound report writing capabilities.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and demonstrated safety first mindset.

**Your Tasks**
- Strip, measure, inspect and report on all components.
- Cleaning and preparing components.
- Assemble and testing of cylinders.
- Provide routine preventative maintenance services on existing hydraulic equipment.
- Perform allocated work within the workshop, which will include cylinder rebuilds, pump and motor repairs and testing.
