We are seeking a positive, friendly and customer focussed all rounder barista for one of our Milton Cafes (Bunker or Bessa). The position is for 25-35 hours per week Monday-Friday. The position will be Casual on the Hospitality Award. While previous cafe experience is beneficial, the role is also open to applicants with little to no experience but the desire to learn and become part of the team long term. The role would start on Grade 2 and would progress to Grade 3 once all internal training is complete and you are capable of meeting our standards.

We regularly rotate roles and all staff are expected to perform all duties, including taking orders and front of house, drink preparation, steaming milk and dispatching coffees. We do not have separate staff for barista duties and other roles.

We look forward to providing initial and ongoing internal training and support to ensure you are confident and continue to learn about coffee We also endeavour to ensure the cafes are a healthy, fun and supportive social environment. We have regular 1 on 1 meetings with our staff to receive feedback and to take ideas on how we can improve, to become aware of any potential issues and to give performance feedback. We also have regular social gatherings and organise and attend industry related events together.

**Salary**: $23.36 - $25.42 per hour
