**The Role**
Reporting directly to the QA Co-ordinator, as Food Safety Quality Technician - Training, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining training programs focused on SOPs, GMPs, hygiene practices, and compliance requirements. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills to meet regulatory standards, customer expectations, and company policies.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Develop, plan, and deliver training programs on SOPs, GMPs, hygiene practices, and work instructions for production employees
- Ensure training materials are up to date, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements and company standards
- Tailor training approaches to support employees with English as a second language, using clear language, visual aids, and hands-on demonstrations
- Investigate production deviations, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed training records, track compliance, and generate reports on training effectiveness
- Assist in regulatory, customer, and third-party audits, including corrective and preventative actions
- Support HACCP, product traceability, recall activities, and GMP compliance across site teams.

**The Person**
To be successful in this role, you will be highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate the following:

- Background in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or food safety training, with knowledge of HACCP and GMP
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training sessions, adapting to diverse learning styles
- Skilled in maintaining training records, tracking compliance, and ensuring alignment with regulatory standards
- Enthusiastic about fostering a culture of food safety and quality excellence in a fast-paced environment
- Approachable and strong listening skills
- Experience in a food manufacturing hygiene process is highly desirable.
