**C&K QUT Kelvin Grove** is a unique Centre that caters for up to 66 children across 5 learning spaces. When joining our Centre, you will contribute to a team that values open communication and sees children as competent and capable learners. Our teaching team tailor each day’s learning taking into account the interests of the children in the group. The spacious environment at our Centre is thoughtfully planned and well resourced. There is a focus on music, drama, literature and visual arts and time spent discovering the natural environment outdoors.

We invite you to join our QUT Kelvin Grove team as a **Lead Educator**. As an experienced, warm and passionate Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a stimulating education program which provides opportunities for the children, families and the wider community. You will do so with the support of a passionate team of Assistant Educators and Early Childhood Teachers.

Whether you are an experienced early childhood professional, studying your diploma or bachelors or newly graduated and want to join Queensland’s leading provider and be set up for an amazing career journey, we are excited to speak to you You will be energetic, fun and committed to supporting and guiding children’s learning and development.

You will need to hold, or be willing to enrol and work towards
- Diploma level qualification in Early Childhood
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card
- A Police Check current within 3 months or willingness to obtain one

All C&K employees are required to undergo background checks which includes a police check. Also, all C&K employees will need to have obtained their 1st and 2nd vaccinations for COVID-19 as a condition of employment.
