We are now seeking a **Retail Store Manager** based in our **Ashburton Store**. This is a Full-Time Permanent role in a fast-growing segment with lots of opportunities to grow your career and improve your knowledge and retail sales skills. With 5 Retail Outlets in Melbourne, and many more across Australia, there is a proven route forward for hard working retail professionals who can help us to maintain our growth.

**About You**:
As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for successfully operating a Retail outlet and have the opportunity to support and grow the business to meet current market trends through your own initiatives.

You will be managing a small team in a busy environment with a focus on sales performance and customer service.

It can be a hands-on technical role with lots to learn. Any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, and an interest in cars, camping or solar power would also help, but full training will be provided.

**Requirements**:

- Sales Management Experience, ideally Retail Store based.
- Computer literate - with a Focus on Stock control and POS.
- Physically fit and able to lift and fit if required (Car or Caravan batteries).
- Current Driving Licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $71,500.00 per year
