We are looking for a **Full Time**community focused Dispensary Technicians with customer care at heart. We are looking for service-oriented Dispensary Technicians to join our growing and well-loved family business.

**In this fast paced, dynamic role you will be responsible for**:

- Assisting customers with their prescriptions and general enquiries
- Assisting Pharmacists in dispensing medications
- Counselling customers about medication under supervision
- Dispensary stock management and replenishment
- Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

**Important Skills**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in working in a dispensary
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy

**Certifications**:

- Dispensary Assistant Qualification as a minimum

**Physical Requirements**:

- Repeat the same movements
- Stand for long periods of time
- Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
