**Client Profile**

Our client owns an amazing property that is synonymous with quality, luxury and impeccable design. This boutique hotel has set the bar in the regional industry for its high calibre of accommodation and aware winning food and beverage venues. Located in central Victoria this is an exciting opportunity to get out of the city and settle in one of the states growing tourist hotspots and live amongst an engaging and vibrant local community.

The General Manager is responsible for leading the team across all operations to ensure a high-quality service, presentation and offering is maintained. The role requires keen attention to detail, self-motivation as well as the ability to lead a team, and an ongoing drive to identify opportunities to improve and raise standards, introduce new initiatives and encourage ongoing growth.
- Experience as a hotel general manager or assistant manager
- A creative and lateral approach to team leadership and service
- Passion for premium food and beverage bars and restaurants
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- A background in effective and collaborative local community engagement
- Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and maintain successful sales strategies
- Deep understanding of brand strategies and cultures
- A desire to build an inclusive, positive and outcome-focused culture
- Strong time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail
