We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Store Managers for our Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Golden Grove and Barossa Fine Foods, Central Market stores.

**Who are we?**

Knoll Consultants & Investments Pty Ltd are one of South Australia’s largest food manufacturers and retailer. We have 12 retail stores across 5 brands - Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Standom Smallgoods, Schulz Butchers and The Cheesemonger with products manufactured at our facility in Edinburgh North.

Our heritage is expertise in smallgoods and we have taken great pride in our skills, techniques and our brands from the very beginning. We continue to be one of Australia’s most awarded smallgoods maker.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assisting the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, team scheduling and customer service.
- Supporting and coaching the team with product knowledge to support the provision of friendly, high-quality customer service.
- Ensuring stock display is of high quality and presentation standards.
- Adhering to operational requirements such as opening and closing procedures, daily cash reconciliation and banking.
- Maintaining a high focus on all safety and quality assurance guidelines and supporting the Store Manager in ensuring all team members comply.
- Actively contribute to the overall success and growth of the store.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Sound experience in a food related retail management role (preferred).
- Ability to motivate and coach a team.
- Passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
- Excellent personal presentation.
