Materials Coordinator

**The Opportunity**

CSL Behring has an exciting and unique opportunity for a **Materials Coordinator** **(Engineering/Maintenance)** to join our high performing Engineering Services Stores team at our Broadmeadows site.

Reporting to the **Engineering Stores Supervisor**, you will assist in the storage and issue of Engineering materials, including consumables and provide key support services to the Engineering Store Manager and Storemen, supporting and managing various critical activities. You will ensure all actions are in accordance with Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP) and Quality Management Systems (QMS).

**The Role**
- Oversee the goods receipting of purchase orders by the Engineering Stores Assistants and the picking of Warehouse Orders
- Creation and movement of applicable storage bins within SAP for Engineering stores and coordination of appropriate physical storage of all engineering materials.
- Generate periodic SAP/EWM reports including but not limited to cycle count variances, expired materials, bin count/location, outbound and/or inbound discrepancies queue errors.
- Complete quality inspection of engineering materials and relevant certification at delivery, report non-conformances as required and quarantine identified non-conforming materials. Periodic check on all quarantined items to ensure non-conformance items are actioned accordingly.
- Work with stake holders to coordinate the repair/calibration of Engineering Materials.
- Maintain the vendor non-conformance schedule in collaboration with maintenance teams and Procurement, support in the escalation of non-conformances with vendors via the Procurement team as requested.
- Process inspection lots on batched and serialised materials, troubleshoot discrepancies and coordinate incoming and outgoing documentation, both hardcopy and electronic (eg. Kofax) is stored appropriately.
- Coordinate the return of unused materials from maintenance job packs back into inventory.Coordinate Engineering Dangerous Goods Storage including EHS compliance with regard to inventory management, alignment with ChemAlert and appropriate disposal of waste.

**Your Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in similar logistics, warehousing position within a Maintenance/Engineering environment. Pharmaceutical experience well regarded
- Education qualification in Logistics, Warehousing and/or Maintenance equivalent well regarded
- MS Office skills and SAP or equivalent computerised maintenance management system.
- Knowledge of equipment calibration, assessment, maintenance and certification in a similar manufacturing environment
- Knowledge and understanding of GMP and QMS well regarded
- Inventory, stock, quality and reporting proficiency
- Experience in procurement and sourcing well regarded
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship
